Running a Green Light

Obey the nature of things, and you are in concord with the Way, calm and easy and free from annoyance, but when your thoughts are tied, you turn away from the truth, they grow heavier and duller and not at all sound. When they are not sound, the spirit is troubled, what is the use […]

Clinging is Out of Bounds

Clinging is never kept within bounds; it is sure to go the wrong way; quit it, and things follow their own courses, while the Essence neither departs nor abides. — Sosan Ganchi Zenji, 3rd Patriarch of Zen As I leave the house one hypothetical morning, I am pleased with how centered I am and flowing […]

I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in life. To be effective and fair to all clients, I ask that we all honor the following policies:

24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. A $40 service fee may be charged for cancellations with shorter than 24hr notice.

No-shows

A “no-show” without a call will be charged for the missed appointment.  Unforeseen emergencies or unavoidable circumstances will be handled case-by-case.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending on how late you arrive, I will determine if there is enough time remaining to complete your session. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you may be responsible for the “full” session.

Refunds for Unused Series Sessions

I cannot offer refunds for unused Series Sessions, but you may transfer session time to whomever you wish either through referral or gift card.
